Sales Consultant (1 year Contract / Full-time role)

Main responsibilities
  • Grow corporate customer bookings by developing relationships with corporate clients
  • Devise business development strategies and proposals through successful awareness campaigns
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities and process inbound sales inquiries to acquire new corporate customer base
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customer
  • Conduct viewing of our apartments
  • Issue new invoices, repeating invoices, agreements and sending payment reminders to customers
Requirements
  • Min. Diploma holders with at least 3 years' of experience in related field
  • Proven leadership skills with prior experience managing a team
  • Must be fluent in English (both writing and speaking)
  • Previous Sales and/or Account Management experience targeting human resource department or corporate accounts
  • Must be energetic and aggressive with strong determination to achieve sales targets
  • Excellent internal and external communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Candidates with an expansive network of corporate clients will be highly preferred.

Main responsibilities
  • Conduct regular cleaning of the apartment which includes mopping, dusting, vacuuming, changing bedsheets, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms.
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed
  • Deliver household items, laundry and appliances to various apartment island-wide
  • Conduct inspection of the apartment and assist with check-in and check-out
  • Ensure all rooms are clean in accordance with MetroResidences standard

  • Understands and speaks basic English

  • Meticulous with attention to details
  • Prior experience will be an advantage.
  • Must be able to work from Friday to Tuesday (9AM - 6PM)

Main responsibilities
  • Drive brand awareness and leads for new sales customer and new homeowners
  • Conceptualize, planning and execution of marketing campaigns – online & offline

Front Desk Executive

Main responsibilities
  • Conduct check-in and check-out for guests living in MetroResidences' apartments islandwide
  • Communicate with guests throughout their duration of stay
  • Direct requests to the proper channels (maintenance, runner, sales, duty manage & etc)
  • Plan, manage and audit housekeeping standards done by housekeepers
  • Prepare check-in, check-out and process final bill for guests
Requirements
  • Valid class 3 driving license (MANDATORY)
  • Good communication skills - verbal and written - Willing to work shift system (8am-4pm or 2pm-10pm) and 5.5 shifts per week
  • Experience in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or Customer Service is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field
  • Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
  • Good telephone and email etiquette
