Do you have a database of landlords with good quality apartments and buildings that are suitable for corporate rental?
We are looking for additional furnished and unfurnished assets that are in prime locations near MRT stations, and fulfill our stringent requirements. Agents have an opportunity to earn additional referral fees and/or a commission when a good asset is introduced for corporate rental.
Agent Referral Programme
Referral fees will be paid out on each qualified unit after it is onboard and has accumulated more than 90 days of booking. Agents will need to issue an invoice to MetroResidences for the referral fee within 6 months after onboarding. MetroResidences reserves the right not to pay the referral fee is the Agent fails to do so.
