Finance and HR Executive

Main responsibilities
  • Receive and verify invoices and requisitions
  • Ensure every transactions comply with company procedures
  • Prepare, verify and process all payments
  • Prepare manual cheques when required
  • Create invoices, receipts and payment slips to suppliers and customers
  • Process all staff claims
  • Maintain a filing system for all financial documents
  • Occasionally perform procurement duties on top of business supplies
  • Provide administrative support
  • Maintain proper documentation of employee records
  • Payroll and employee claims administration
  • To advertise for recruitment and schedule interviews
  • Assist in new hire onboarding process such as preparation of name cards, staff pass and workstations, thumbprint registration, etc
  • Office administration which includes mail distribution, managing office stationery and pantry suppliers, etc
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma holder
  • Meticulous with strong administration, time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Previous HR experience and/or Xero accounting software knowledge will be an added advantage
  • Able to multitask and work independently in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Upholds confidentiality
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates)

Business Development Representative

Main responsibilities
  • Grow corporate customer bookings by developing relationships with corporate clients
  • Devise business development strategies and proposals through successful awareness campaigns
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities and process inbound sales enquiries to acquire new corporate customer base
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
  • Conduct viewing of our apartments
  • Issue new invoices, repeating invoices, agreements and sending payment reminders to customers.
Requirements
  • Min. Diploma holders with at least 3 years' of experience in related field
  • Must be fluent in English and Mandarin (both writing and speaking) Required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients. Proficiency in Mandarin is a must.)
  • Previous Sales and/or Account Management experience targeting human resource department or corporate accounts
  • Must be energetic and aggressive with strong determination to achieve sales targets
  • Excellent internal and external communicator with strong interpersonal skills

Main responsibilities
  • Conduct regular cleaning of the apartment which includes mopping, dusting, vacuuming, changing bedsheets, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms.

Graphic Designer

Main responsibilities
  • Conceptualise creative direction for the brand and apply the concept to individual design projects
  • Play a key role in the creative process of developing ATL and BTL marketing communication materials for digital and traditional platforms
  • Prepare design layout and develop final artwork for production
  • Assist Product team in developing artwork for web and mobile application
  • Liaise with relevant vendors to ensure smooth production of marketing collateral
  • Provide ad hoc support to the Marketing team
Requirements
  • Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Lightroom, Sketch

  • Omni-channel thinking. Your designs will live across media platforms.

Main responsibilities
  • Oversee day to day financial activities by ensuring timely and accurate payments for Account Payables
  • Work closely with accountants and auditors for regional reporting matters

  • At least 3 - 5 Year(s) of working experience in a similar capacity, preferably startup environment
  • Possess high degree of accuracy, attention to details, especially practical experience of transactional accounting, reporting and operational finance
  • Proven ability to build strong, positive relationships & influence and manage internal & external stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong team player and leader who is able to lead and nurture. You will need to supervise a team of 2 executives
  • Knowledge of Xero (Accounting) is preferred.

Requirements
  • Valid work visa in Japan (we support extending a visa, but do not support obtaining a visa)

  • Willing to work in shift (currently 9am-6pm or 11am-8pm. Subject to change)

SALES EXECUTIVE

Main responsibilities
  • Increase customer base who likes to book our serviced apartments
  • Develop new sales strategies that will acquire new corporate customer lead and strengthen relationship with existing customers
  • Promote sales of our serviced apartment by performing cold-calling, door- to-door sales, attending conferences, events to generate leads and obtain new clients
  • Build a CRM programme to ensure high engagement of our client to drive repeat booking

Requirements
  • Good in conversational and written English AND Japanese

  • Candidates with experience in in real estate, hotel, property and online marketplace platform are highly preferred
  • Candidates with network or connections to HRs which deal with relocation from abroad are highly prefered

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field
  • Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
