Housekeeper

Main responsibilities
  • Conduct regular cleaning of the apartment which includes mopping, dusting, vacuuming, changing bedsheets, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms.
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed
  • Deliver household items, laundry and applian ces to various apartment
  • Conduct inspection of the apartments
  • Ensure all rooms are clean in accordance with MetroResidences standard
  • (if hire as a Housekeeping leader) Manage Housekeeping team, housekeeping staff's schedule, and their work standard.
Requirements
  • Conversational either in English or Japanese
  • Must already reside in Japan. Candidates with a valid visa are preferred. But we can also support work visa application if we hire as a Housekeeping leader
  • Prior housekeeping experience will be an advantage
  • Professional and positive work attitude
  • Meticulous with attention to details
  • Full time or Part time. Full time: 7-8hrs/day & 5days a week. Part time: 3-5hrs/day & 2-4 days a week.

Manager, Residential &Leasing

Main responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor direct subordinates to achieve team goals, ensuring effective management of properties and continuous growth of our apartment pipeline.
  • Identify new locations, negotiate lease agreements, manage approval processes, and handle various property-related tasks.
  • Present MetroResidences' value proposition, highlighting the benefits of our products and services to potential clients and real estate brokers.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to increase our property supply and expand our industry network.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate partners.
  • Prepare performance reports on property management for property owners.
  • Coordinate the purchase, setup, and photography of interior furnishings, and oversee the setup and decoration of new properties.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate, residential leasing, real estate private equity, asset management, portfolio management, or related fields
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant areas of study (Business, Real Estate, Economics, Finance) preferred
  • Native-level proficiency in Japanese and business level proficiency in English.
  • Prior experience as a deal maker in commercial/residential rental or hospitality management contracts.
  • Extensive experience and deep understanding of commercial real estate in Japan.
  • A Real Estate license (Takken) is a plus but not required.
  • Strong sales presentation, leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions

Finance&HR Specialist

Main responsibilities
  • As a Finance and HR Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our department. Your responsibilities will be split with 30% focused on accounting tasks and 70% dedicated to HR tasks. You will be required to work 3 days per week (2 days work from home and 1 day to work in the office).
  • Perform routine accounting tasks such as bookkeeping and maintaining financial records.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for our bankers and other financial institutions, handling inquiries related to transactions, loans, statutory requirements and other related matters
  • Conduct recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Prepare and submit subsidy applications, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Support employee relations and address HR-related queries.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR-related roles, along with a minimum of Bookkeeping Level 2 certification or higher.
  • Native-level proficiency in Japanese and business level proficiency in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
