Main responsibilities
  • Listing new apartments on the platform
  • Online marketing (blog, SNS etc.)

OFFICE ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Main responsibilities
  • Provide finance administrative support such as payments, budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for management
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, etc.)
  • Process claims, invoices and billing
  • Create and maintain records and databases with confidential employee information, finance reports, etc.
  • Purchase and keep track of office supplies such as stationary and IT equipments
Requirements
  • Fluent in speaking and writing English / Japanese
  • Minimum 2 years of with experience preferred to be in office administration, human resource or accounting or personal secretary work experience
  • Extremely organized and detailed and ability to multi-task and think independently
  • Must be good with numbers and proficient in Microsoft Office (Words and Excel)
  • Prefers to work in a multicultural, startup environment
  • Annual salary between 3 to 4 million yen annually including bonus

FRONT DESK EXECUTIVE

Main responsibilities
  • Conduct check-in and check-out for guests living in MetroResidences' apartments
  • Communicate with guests throughout their duration of stay with hospitality
  • Direct requests to the proper channels (maintenance, runner, sales, duty manager…etc)
  • Plan, manage and audit housekeeping standards done by housekeepers
  • Prepare check-in, check-out and process final bill for guests
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Hospitality Hotel Management or Customer Service
  • Excellent English and Japanese communication skills - verbal and written
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willing to work shift system (8am-4pm or 2pm-10pm) and 44 hr/week
  • Possess at least a Diploma of Senmon Gakko (vocational /technical college) after high school
  • Good telephone and email etiquette

ASSET GROWTH EXECUTIVE

Main responsibilities
  • Source for new asset owners with residential assets through property funds/REIT, agent network, direct marketing, and referral program
  • Launch supply growth strategies that will enable rapid onboarding of new apartment supply
  • Develop a standardize guest experience in our apartment and asset inspection SOP to ensure preventive maintenance
  • Assist with the furnishings of the apartment
  • Listing apartments on the platform
  • Manage asset owner relationship
  • Purchasing of apartment inventory
  • Conduct asset inspection
  • Report defects and manage restitution with landlords
Requirements
  • Fluent in Japanese. Conversational in English.
  • Experience in a business development, sales, property or account management role
  • Candidates with experience in real estate leasing, hotel development, and property development are highly preferred
  • Have a good eye on how to style apartments
  • Preference to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Main responsibilities
  • Increase the supply of serviced apartments by convincing private homeowners to convert their property into quality corporate serviced apartments managed by MetroResidences
  • Source for asset owners with residential assets through agent networks, property funds and referral programme
  • Promote benefits of corporate rentals vs long term rental
  • Oversee furnishing of the apartments

Requirements
  • AT LEAST 3 years in a Business Development, Sales, Property or Account Management role
  • Candidates who are real estate industry or property agencies are highly preferred

Main responsibilities
  • Drive brand awareness and leads for customers and homeowners
  • Conceptualise, planning and execution of marketing campaigns – online & offline
  • Develop new creative collaterals such as display banners, flyers, and newsletters
  • Track key conversion points in the marketing funnel, including landing pages, website CTA
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures

Requirements
