However, there must be at least CCTV camera monitoring around the premises of the condominium. The only security arrangement in the condominium is a moderately armed watchman monitoring the entrance of the condominium. La Brisa has all the basic amenities and facilities in its units required by its customers. The units of the condominium have 24 hours of water supply. There is also an uninterrupted supply of electricity in the unit throughout the day. If you are a fitness freak and like going to the gym but do not want to travel much, La Brisa has got you covered. There is a well-equipped gym with proper trainers in the condominium. There is also a swimming pool in which you can relax yourself. Swimming is also a great workout as it is good for your heart and brain. La Brisa – Accessibility La Brisa is located in Geylang (District 14). The development is near many schools, religious places, shopping centers and eateries. It is also fairly near to city attractions like Merlion Park, Orchard Road, Marine Bay Sands and Chinatown. If you own a car, then travelling to your destination won’t be a problem. The condominium also offers parking space for your cars. There is also a gas station nearby to fuel up your cars and other vehicles. However if you don’t own a car, there are some transportation options for you. There is a taxi stand nearby from where you can hire a taxi. You can also catch an empty one from the road too. There are cab booking applications like Uber and Grab from which you can book and call a cab from literally anywhere. You can also take a bus from the nearest bus stop. If you want to travel by train, you can head towards your nearest MRT stations and take a train.
